Brittany didn’t have a real specific idea or intention for her bridal portraits, but knew that she wanted them to feel natural, free, and earthy. I suggested shooting around the historic town of Greenville, Texas in which I’m very familiar with. We utilized several local fields and the edge of a small forest to incorporate some unique foliage and majestic native oak trees. We looked for dense grasses and beautiful native Texas flowers and focused our efforts there. Brittany’s dress was a beautiful combination of form fitting modern and vintage floral lace and proved to be a stunning contrast and compliment to the textures and color of the natural spaces we found ourselves in. We graced with a beautiful Texas sunset full of warm oranges and rich pinks and we finished there shooting until dusk. We enjoy our time together, looking, moving, and shooting. Shooting bridals in this free manner is such a wonderful experience for both of us and it always yields stellar results.
